Roasted Pumpkins

Ellie brought home some pumpkins from the farm last night.  She roasted one in the oven, it was sooo good.  You should try it!

Roasted Pumpkin
 1 small pie pumpkin
1 - Tbsp Brown Sugar
Cut pumpkin in half, scrap out seeds.  Sprinkle with brown sugar, place a baking sheet fruit side up at 350* for about 15-20 minutes.  Eat warm.  So yummy!!
